  • Business Line of Credit: $10K–$5M, instant funding.
  • SBA Funding: $50K–$5M, terms up to 25 years, quick approval.
  • Equipment Financing: $50K–$20M, apply online and get funded quickly.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Financing: $10K–$5M, no minimum FICO.
  • Franchise Financing: $10K–$5M, no minimum FICO.
  • Real Estate Financing: Multiple programs for various property types, 650+ FICO.
  • Property Funding: Up to 80% loan-to-value, 650+ FICO, no-cost advisor.
  • Startup Business Funding: $10K–$5M, 650+ FICO.

We facilitate approvals within 24-48 hours and offer expert advisors with over 15 years of experience. Funding is provided through our network of third-party lenders, and all terms are subject to their final approval. 2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Be a legal resident or entity authorized to operate in one of our supported countries.
  • For business funding: Own or operate a legitimate business with the required minimum FICO score (where applicable) and provide accurate financial documentation.
  • Not be a prohibited entity under applicable laws (e.g., involved in illegal activities).

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject applications at our discretion.

3. Application Process

  • Submission: Complete our online application form with accurate business and personal details, including financial statements, tax IDs (e.g., EIN), bank info, and supporting documents.
  • Review: We and our partners will review your application, perform credit checks, and assess business potential.
  • Approval: If approved, you’ll receive funding terms from a partner lender. Review and accept them separately.
  • Funding: Upon agreement, funds are disbursed (typically 24-48 hours).

You agree to provide truthful information. False submissions may result in denial, termination, or legal action.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Capifund Fees: We may charge application or consultation fees (disclosed upfront; currently none for basic applications).
  • Lender Fees: Funding terms include interest rates, factor rates (for advances), origination fees, or repayment schedules set by lenders (e.g., daily/weekly deductions for merchant cash advances).
  • Payments: Repayments are handled directly with lenders. Late payments may incur penalties per lender agreements.

All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our satisfaction guarantee. We do not control lender pricing.

5. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
  • You have the right to apply for funding and disclose the submitted information.
  • Your business complies with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations.
  • You will use funds for legitimate business purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and Services, including content, logos, and technology, are owned by Capifund or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part without our written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with the Site or Services (e.g., via malware).

Violations may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

  • Funding denials, delays, or terms set by partners.
  • Errors in information provided by you or third parties.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the fees paid (if any). Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness.

You agree to indemnify and hold Capifund, our affiliates, and partners harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, at our discretion, without notice. Upon termination, obligations like repayment survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida. You waive jury trials and agree to binding arbitration for claims under $10,000 via AAA rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or Site notice.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
  • Waiver: No waiver unless in writing.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters).
